Meetup is moment in time and place in reality where and when we can meet physically to discuss whatever is needed. We decided to follow Hackerspaces Design Patterns and set up meeting for every Tuesday. Of course we know not every week everybody will be avail but regular time seems like good idea form organization point of view and from attendance, too. Usually this is best time when to invite newcomers to meet actual members time when we can vote about things and so.
